Calibration is the special feature in the patented processes of our trademark. It is due to unique characteristics like the bottom-up motion of the grain over the sieves and the return system between them, which ensures the use of the whole length of the sieves. This equipment comprises a body of sieves whose main function is to separate the grain by shape and size.
This equipment has five planes of sieves and a blind sheet at the bottom, with baskets containing rubber balls in charge of cleaning the planes and making the seeds to go forward easily. There are return sheets between each one of the first four sieves, which receive the grains that passed through the upper sieve and send them to the following sieve. This allows and guarantees that the grains are perfectly graded.
The processed material is delivered from six outlet nozzles. The first five ones correspond to each one of the sieve planes and the sixth one to the blind sheet (bottom) from where the rejected or discarded material generally gets out.
Its main structure is mainly built in thick wall profiling with rectangular tubes in SAE1010 steel and coated with folded sheet. All shafts are built in alloy steel and have been thermally treated. The vibrating system is mounted over epoxy fiberglass plates, free from maintenance. Every movement is produced by three-phase electric motors. External finishing is performed with industrial synthetic paint in all its parts.
